主街是南方公园的一个主要场所，是大多数商业活动以及消费购物的发生地。它出现在许多剧集中，有时是整条街的全貌，有时显示了其中的一个或一些建筑。在早期剧集中，主街被当做小镇的全貌，但和其他建筑是分离的。在最近的剧集中，主街的细节一步步地完善了。

主街上建筑的位置经常发生变化，多数时候发生在那些次要建筑上，例如宝石影院。尽管一些镜头只显示了街道一边的建筑，在其他画面中可以看到，街的另一边拥有更多建筑。

主线任务

在第一天快结束时，浣熊侠和新来的被召集到主街，他们看到超级克雷格和神奇特维克，以及双方的其他队友起了争执，浣熊侠前去抓住提莫希博士，浣熊侠联盟的其他成员要和自由伙伴进行战斗。战斗结束后，（联盟）找到浣熊侠，此时他的心智被提莫希博士操控，却设法取到了他的手机。

支线任务

大基佬阿尔的其中一只毛——影子，可以在主街的最右端靠近游乐场的地方找到。需要使用暂停屁才能抓住它。
