主街 is a major location in South Park being home to most businesses and shops. It's made an appearance in many episodes, whether that being the whole street or individual buildings. In early seasons it was used as a shot of the whole town, being isolated from other buildings. In recent episodes more detailed views are used.

The position of buildings on the street change often, mostly for the addition of other buildings such as the Bijou Cinema. Despite some views of the street showing one side of buildings there are more across the road in other scenes.

Near the end of Day 1, the Coon and the New Kid are called to the Main Street, where they find Super Craig and Wonder Tweek fighting, along with the rest of their team. The Coon goes to catch Doctor Timothy, while the rest of the Coon and Friends fight the Freedom Pals. After the fight is complete, the team go to find the Coon, whose mind was raped by Doctor Timothy but has managed to get his phone.

支线任务

Shadow, one of Big Gay Al's cats, can be found on the far right of the street, near the playground. The Timefart Pause is needed to collect it.

A Fastpass location can be found outside Tom's Rhinoplasty.
