主街是南方公園的一個主要場所，是大多數商業活動以及消費購物的發生地。它出現在許多劇集中，有時是整條街的全貌，有時顯示了其中的一個或一些建築。在早期劇集中，主街被當做小鎮的全貌，但和其他建築是分離的。在最近的劇集中，主街的細節一步步地完善了。

主街上建築的位置經常發生變化，多數時候發生在那些次要建築上，例如寶石影院。儘管一些鏡頭只顯示了街道一邊的建築，在其他畫面中可以看到，街的另一邊擁有更多建築。

主線任務

在第一天快結束時，浣熊俠和新來的被召集到主街，他們看到超級克雷格和神奇特維克，以及雙方的其他隊友起了爭執，浣熊俠前去抓住提莫希博士，浣熊俠聯盟的其他成員要和自由夥伴進行戰鬥。戰鬥結束後，（聯盟）找到浣熊俠，此時他的心智被提莫希博士操控，卻設法取到了他的手機。

支線任務

大基佬阿爾的其中一隻毛——影子，可以在主街的最右端靠近遊樂場的地方找到。需要使用暫停屁才能抓住它。
