更改：南方公园：真理之杖/好友列表

好友在剧情中没有任何地位，而且可加可不加，但新来的拥有的好友越多，就会能够解锁越多的额外好处，因此好友多多益善。

好友一共有120个，算上很早就进黑名单的克莱德，就有120个了，但从实用角度来说，只需要101个就可以解锁允许的全部好处，收集全部121个好友可以获得"More Popular than John Lennon"成就。

斜体的名字是需要注意，可能会错过的好友。
