简介
斯坦和凯尔被迫留在五角大楼，以帮助政府打开通往幻想大陆的传送门。与此同时，卡特曼也踏上了他自己的任务：找到凯尔，并让他完成他下的赌注。

在五角大楼，男孩们解释道他们不知道自己是怎么到达幻想大陆的，只是说“一个乘着大气球的男人突然出现，把我们带到了幻想大陆”。将军的顾问评论道，他们可能是通过中国的隧道到达幻想大陆的。他不小心透露了美国也有一个隧道，又因误解了上司讽刺的语气，他进一步解释道这个隧道是用来在冷战期间对抗苏联的。
接着，卡特曼正在他的梦境里：正当凯尔准备舔他的蛋蛋时，他向卡特曼转过身，结果他的嘴被缝住了。卡特曼惊醒，发觉他正在一辆去往华盛顿的长途客车上。
回到五角大楼，他们向斯坦和凯尔展示通往幻想大陆的隧道，“幻想大陆通道计划”。科学家们提问男孩们是怎么到达幻想大陆的，男孩们回答说，他们只是和市长一起上了一个气球，市长唱着歌，他们就到了。他们唱了一小段，监测装置有了信号。接着科学家们相信是这首歌导致了这种变化，于是让男孩们继续唱。因为他们必须完整还原曲调，他们勉强艰难地唱了。
在幻想大陆，巴特斯问奄奄一息的市长，他们该做什么。他讽刺地回答道巴特斯应该碰撞鞋跟三次。怪猫和棒棒糖国王也问市长该怎么办。他让他们途径橡皮糖森林去阳光城堡；而且要小心坏人。
恶灵们在美味山上搭起了一个帐篷，并以邪恶程度排列决定谁做主。恶灵们抉择不定，突然，森林小动物出现了，说他们需要统一战线。他们解释到，不能再因为争吵而浪费时间了，而应该找到善良居民的幸存者，把他们杀了，或是像他们决定的：“先杀，后奸，这样就可以用他们的血当润滑剂”。杰森·沃赫斯感叹道“天哪，我可不想见到梦出这种事的那个孩子！”
卡特曼在华盛顿的电话亭，想要从五角大楼得知凯尔的行踪。秘书解释道，五角大楼的信息是保密的。接着顾问走上前告诉卡特曼，没有什么”幻想大陆通道计划“，接着他又将此计划解释了一番。
在斯坦和凯尔终于唱出了歌曲的音调后，通道打开了。
巴特斯、怪猫和棒棒糖国王在途径橡皮糖森林时，看见恶灵正在折磨草莓女孩。森林小动物在决定草莓女孩的死法时占了主导地位。他们发现这儿没有艾滋病人（用来把尿撒进草莓女孩被挖空的眼窝里），于是决定在森林里找有艾滋病的人。巴特斯、怪猫和棒棒糖国王赶紧逃命。
在五角大楼，一队士兵（和库尔特·拉塞尔，因为他曾在某部电影相似的场景中出现过）正准备进入隧道。卡特曼突然破门而入，强迫凯尔和他离开去实现合约。
卡特曼和凯尔到了一个房间，凯尔准备舔卡特曼的蛋。凯尔向卡特曼解释当前比舔蛋更紧急的现状，但卡特曼大声地打着哈欠打断了他，说自己除了被舔蛋之外什么都不在乎。卡特曼穿上了国王的服装，凯尔叨念着让他赶紧直接把舔蛋结束了。
士兵们进入了隧道，在到达幻想大陆时，他们见到了森林小动物。斯坦突然想起几年前卡特曼编的故事中森林小动物邪恶的存在，赶紧警告士兵们离开。但太迟了，因为森林小动物已经开始强奸他们了。
卡特曼继续戏弄着凯尔，突然一个士兵走进来打断了他们，说所有人都到大厅集合。卡特曼因再次被打断而火冒三丈。
巴特斯、怪猫和棒棒糖国王看到了阳光城堡，匆匆赶向它。在城堡门前，守卫要求他们说出自己是哪个想象角色。怪猫和棒棒糖国王进去了，但巴特斯不是想象中的角色，因此被怀疑与恐怖分子有关系，因为他与恐怖分子同时到来，于是巴特斯被一个守卫带走了。
回到五角大楼，一个奇怪的生物闯了进来——人熊猪。它攻击里面的人们，掐住了凯尔。科学家们企图把人猪熊吸回隧道，而与此同时他们把斯坦也跟人猪熊一起吸了进去。
在太阳城堡，巴特斯被带到九人委员会。议会中有耶稣、狮王阿斯兰、灰袍甘道夫、大力水手波派、卢克·天行者、神奇女侠、好女巫格琳达、宙斯和墨菲斯。宙斯解释说他们应该离开，但墨菲斯坚信这是个陷阱。格琳达告诉他们他们应该去安达拉神庙，但宙斯说他们必须战斗到底，天行者也同意。巴特斯被带进会议室阿斯兰面前。
凯尔似乎因人猪熊的攻击而死亡了。试图拯救他多次之后，科学家们放弃了。尽管卡特曼许了很多次愿望让凯尔去死，他对凯尔的“死”既生气又沮丧，因为这样凯尔就不能舔他的蛋了。卡特曼接受不了这样的后果，绝望地对凯尔实施心肺复苏，终于把他救活了。
在太阳城堡，九人议会相信巴特斯是解决这次危机的关键。巴特斯不想成为这关键，但狮王阿斯兰让他相信自己，一切都会好的。
军方准备向隧道发动核武器，轰炸幻想大陆。
卡特曼在凯尔的床边出现，等着凯尔舔他的蛋蛋。
