克林顿总统最初留着灰色短发，穿着黑色西装，有着半闭半开的眼睛和一个大鼻子。在“性瘾治疗”中，他穿着一件粉红色的衬衫，外面套着一件靛蓝的毛衣背心，还穿着一条灰色的裤子。此外，他的鼻子变得又肿又红。在“噢，天哪”中，他的头发完全变白了，内穿一件蓝白格子衬衫，外面套了一件绿色开襟毛衣。他穿着黑裤子和棕色鞋子。
个性
克林顿在剧中显得非常愚蠢。他在“小鸡鸡宝贝”中被日本人的两三句花言巧语所迷惑。在“南方公园加长未删减版”中任命希拉·布罗夫洛夫斯基为进攻部部长并向加拿大宣战。在“南北战争”中，他因卡特曼瞎编的威胁信而感到恐惧，准备向南方联盟军投降。

- 南方公园加长未删减版 - Declares war on Canada for killing the Baldwins, and introducing the new "Secretary of Offense" Sheila Broflovski. He is pushed aside by her and he feebly tries to retaliate.
- "性瘾治疗"- One of the sex addicts in the Karne Institute for Sex Addiction learning that his sex drive was caused by the Wizard Alien, mentioning "sticking cigars in girls' vaginas" and asking Kyle about his mother.
- "第200集" - One of the celebrities suing South Park.
- "噢，天哪" - Along with Bill Cosby, insists all the boys at South Park Elementary join Bill Clinton's Gentlemen's Club.
