背景
凯尔的父亲，杰拉尔德·布罗夫洛夫斯基给了他一个看起来不可能完成的任务，那就是把民主带到古巴，从而阻止他和斯坦·马什，埃里克·卡特曼和肯尼·麦考密克参加“愤怒猫咪乐队”的摇滚音乐会。
他一边唱着这首歌，一边给当时的古巴总统菲德尔·卡斯特罗写信，说服他从共产主义转向民主。
