The Trinidad Medical Center made its first appearance in the Season Nine episode, "Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina".
Background
Herbert Garrison underwent a sex change operation, to become Janet Garrison. Dr. Biber convinced Gerald Broflovski, after a confrontation, to undergo surgery to become a dolphin, Gerald's favorite animal. He also granted Kyle Broflovski his wish to become a tall, black basketball player. For the surgeries, Biber used parts from other patients, such as using Mr. Garrison's testicles as knee caps for Kyle and Garrison's scrotum for Gerald's dorsal-like fin.

- The medical center is operated by Dr. Biber, who is named after the Doctor Stanley Biber, a pioneer in sex reassignment surgery.
