耶稣基督（希伯来语：ישו כריס，古希腊语：Ἰησοῦς，阿拉伯语：عيسى）是上帝之子，是基督教里的核心人物，也是开创者。他出生于伯利恒的一个木匠家庭，三十岁开始传道，后被罗马人判处死刑，被钉死在十字架上，于三日后复活。
在《南方公园》中，耶稣扮演着重要的角色。他出场多次，大多数是在主持他的访谈节目——《耶稣与伙伴》。他同时也是超级英雄组织超级好朋友的一员。
背景
在“撒旦之子达米安”中，耶稣要与撒旦打一场拳击赛。镇民们都认为耶稣必败无疑，都把钱押宝在撒旦身上，而只有一个人押了耶稣。然而结果却让人大吃一惊：撒旦故意诈败给耶稣，因为他就是唯一押中耶稣的人，这样他就能赢走所有的钱去买房地产了。
在“墨西哥杀人蛙”中，耶稣开始主持起一档名叫《耶稣与伙伴》的访谈节目。不幸的是，他的节目屡屡被金博·克恩和内德·格布兰斯基的节目《猎·杀》打败。为了竞争收视率，耶稣的制片人让他采用时髦的主持方式并编造谣言。到最后，耶稣再也无法忍受并把制片人送入了地狱。

能力
在“超级好朋友”中，耶稣最初似乎没有任何特殊的超能力，只是用简单的技巧欺骗人们，比如让每个人转身，然后在他们转身的时候迅速用一壶酒代替一壶水。然而在同一集中，他用他的“木工大师技能”制作了一个巨大的约翰·威尔克斯·布思雕像模型，展示出了超人的工作速度。
他的另一种超能力是复活。在“复活节惊魂”中，他被杀害后能够随意复活，与肯尼类似，但他能够选择复活的地点。在“红橇坠落”中，他为圣诞老人修复了骨折，说明他还具有医疗能力。
外观
耶稣有棕色长发和山羊胡子。他通常穿著一件白色长袍，头顶上有一个光环。在“超级好朋友”之后，他被进行了轻微的重新设计，其中包括棕色腰带、红色肩带和更新的长袍。在重新设计之前，耶稣的眼珠比其他大多数角色略微分开。

在“红橇坠落”中，耶稣帮助正在执行高风险任务的男孩们将圣诞老人从伊拉克人手中解救出来，后者被伊拉克人从领空上击落并遭到折磨。然而，营救任务出了岔子，耶稣在任务中为了拯救圣诞老人而牺牲了自己。在这一集的结尾，圣诞老人宣布将圣诞节作为对耶稣的纪念。
