艾拉是南方公园小学的学生。她第一次出现在第九季的"玛乔莉"中。在“贞操戒指”中，她还观看了乔纳斯兄弟的现场表演，后来又在“盗咩空间”中与受欢迎的女孩小团体坐在一起。她在几季后又出现了，在第21季的"变本加厉"中扮演了更重要的角色，她和其他女孩带着海蒂出去吃饭，庆祝她和埃里克·卡特曼分手，但后来开始取笑她，让她感到糟糕。在接下来的一集"水中小熊"中，她扮演了另一个重要角色——遭到海蒂霸凌的受害者。

外貌

艾拉有着波浪状的、齐肩的深棕色头发，一绺头发垂在她的前额中心，和凯的发型一样。她穿着一件红毛衣和一条墨绿裤子。

在睡觉的时候，艾拉穿着一件带有白色蕾丝花边的红色睡衣。

个性

在"变本加厉"这一集中，艾拉模仿卡特曼嘲笑他和他和海蒂的关系，而且做得近乎完美。这暗示着，与其他女孩一样，艾拉可能与卡特曼有个人恩怨，对他的评价很不好。
