外观
The Peppermint Hippo's exterior is rectangular. It has a pink and red-striped sign with "Peppermint Hippo" stretched across it. There are also (presumably Neon) lights reading "Girls! Girls!! Girls!!!" and "Live Nudes". It has several rectangular windows. Its interior is dimly lit with pink neon lights. There are several rooms, including the bosses room, a DJ Booth, a kitchen and a room used for lap dances.

- The name is a play on that of a popular strip club chain called Spearmint Rhino.
